We are the “Seventh Estate”, an interdenominational fellowship of Christian
leaders/pilgrims who are committed to encourage a holistic Christian presence
in the city of Cambridge ( a city of approximately 120 thousand people) and
Region of Waterloo (approximately 500,000 residents) that engages 21st
century culture, with particular attention to the Arts. It is our purpose:
a) to provide a connecting link for the resources and activities of local
churches in the area,
b) to nurture Christian leadership,
c) to challenge the world with thoughtful Christianity especially through the
Arts, and
d) to stimulate the imagination of the church for the worship and glory of God.

We work under the aegis of Imago, a charitable fellowship serving to promote
Christian worship and witness through the arts in Canada. Imago is a unique
organization promoting the artistic development of Christians in theatre,
dance, music, fine arts, film and literature. Please find out more about Imago

Our function is to encourage local congregations in their worship lives. That is
why our focus is in providing pastors and local church worship leaders with
foundations, ideas, skills, and patterns so that they will be encouraged to lead
their congregations into new areas as well as enhance established practices.
